Steering Committee Members

The Wills for Heroes Steering Committee guides the program to its continued success. They volunteer their time not only in its strategic planning but to coordinating events, recruiting other volunteers and training others. We thank them for their dedication to helping Arizona's first responders.

Jane Larrabee

Jane earned her law degree from the University of Arizona, Tucson, AZ and her Masters of Law in Taxation from the University of Washington, Seattle, WA.  
 
Jane's law practice focuses on estate and legacy planning, educating clients to make the best personal, financial, business and legal decisions throughout their lifetimes. 
She is a member of the Probate and Trust Section of the Arizona Bar, the Pima County Bar Association, the Tucson Tax Study Group, New York Life Women's Networking Group, Wealth Counsel and was designated as a Personal Family Lawyer® in October, 2025.
 
Law is her third career.  She was formerly an education specialist (M.Ed.) working with special education programs and teachers throughout Pima County to enhance their curricula and later transitioned into the private sector to develop and direct complex and innovative US and international training programs for a U.S.-based quick print franchisor. 
 
Jane met Jeff Jacobson through Wills For Heroes as an attorney volunteer and stepped up her commitment to the program in 2025, as the southern Arizona event coordinator.
