Steering Committee Members
The Wills for Heroes Steering Committee guides the program to its continued success. They volunteer their time not only in its strategic planning but to coordinating events, recruiting other volunteers and training others. We thank them for their dedication to helping Arizona's first responders.
Roberta Tepper Roberta Tepper has spent her career in public service. A graduate of the University of Arizona College of Law, Ms. Tepper is admitted to practice in Arizona, North Carolina and Delaware (inactive). Ms. Tepper’s career has included service as an Assistant District Attorney North Carolina and in court administration in Delaware. Ms. Tepper has been with the State Bar of Arizona since 2004, and currently serves as the Lawyer Assistance Programs Director. Prior to this position, Ms. Tepper was most recently as a Senior Bar Counsel in the Lawyer Regulation Office. She has been a member of a number of Bar committees including the CLE Committee and has been actively involved in the State Bar’s annual conventions. Ms. Tepper’s work identifying problems and challenges faced by lawyers in Arizona in the regulatory context led her to seek the opportunity to assist lawyers through the Lawyer Assistance Programs, which include programs addressing law office management, substance abuse, mental health and mentoring. |
